Okay, we know these are not grilled meat steaks. Tbh, these are potentially even better?

Cabbage cooks quickly and makes the best side — or even main dish! We topped ours à la wedge salad with bacon, blue cheese, AND ranch dressing for good measure.  Grilled cabbage is an excellent "blank canvas" to carry out any other flavors that you may have your heart set on, so feel free to customize as you see fit to find your true cabbage soulmate. Other fantastic options would be a buffalo style cabbage, a Caprese style cabbage, or a simply dressed grilled cabbage with lemon and garlic. You really can't go wrong!
